Nadiya Pylypiv

Dr. Pylypiv graduated with honors from Economics Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in “Economics and organization of the oil and gas industry”.

In 1994 she defended her dissertation at Lviv University branch of the Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 1994 he has been working at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in the following positions:

since 1994 – assistant Professor

since 1997.- Associate Professor,

since 2011 – Professor of Accounting and Auditing

since 2011- Head of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Economics.

In 2009, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on “Methodology and organization of cost accounting of production and commercial activities of oil and gas industry enterprises ” at a meeting of the specialized academic council of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics. In April 2011, Dr. Pylypiv was awarded the academic title of Professor.

Professor Pylypiv N.I. is a leading scientist in Ukraine, who studies the problem of improving the information and accounting support of the management system of individual businesses, including oil and gas industry, construction, woodworking, and agriculture.

Since 2011 Professor Pylypiv directs research work on the topic: “Improvement of accounting, analysis, and audit of economic sectors in market conditions” (state registration number 0111 U003768), as well as on the topic: “Development of theoretical and applied aspects of socio-economic development of the region” ( state registration number 0111 U 007667).

From 2011 to 2017, Professor Pylypiv N.I. was a member of the subcommittee “Accounting and Auditing” of the Scientific and Methodological Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

In 2011, Professor Pylypiv NI was appointed Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council K 20.051.11 Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with the right to accept for consideration and defense of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.09.00 – Accounting and Auditing (mining and processing industry, transport, agriculture, hunting, forestry).

On June 7-8, 2012, Professor Pylypiv NI organized a field meeting of the subcommittee on accounting and auditing of the NMC, which was attended by more than 50 leading scientists, including 5 vice-rectors of higher education institutions, which train specialists in economic specialties.

On April 5-6, 2017, she participated in the seminar “National Initiatives for Strengthening Accounting Education”, which took place at the World Bank and was organized by the Center for Financial Reporting Reforms of the World Bank with the support of the Kyiv National Economic Commission anmed about Vadim Hetman University.
